  1. Fix My City is an independent citizen initiative. It is not a government service, and sending a complaint through it does not guarantee any response or repair.
  2. The information on this website comes from complaints sent by members of the public. We show it as reported and do not verify each one.
  3. Aggregated data from the Impact page may be reused with attribution to Fix My City.
  4. Please do not use the website to harass anyone, to submit false information, or to overload it with automated requests.
  5. We may remove any complaint, vote or sign-up that breaks these terms or that someone asks us to remove.
